As mentioned in some previous post in the past days once the 372 has been broken could make hard the Life for longs. It has to be seen of any reaction from current 366 levels could arise, if not 345/340 should be in focus

SÃO PAULO (Reuters) – Brazil’s total coffee harvest for 2025/26 is estimated at 64.5 million 60-kg bags, down 1.7% from the previous projection, considering weather problems, according to figures released on Thursday by consultancy StoneX. The revised estimate, initially released in November last year, was made after the StoneX team returned to the field in 2025 to check coffee plantations in the main producing regions. “The downward adjustment in Arabica coffee is linked to the negative impacts of the weather on the regions, especially in São Paulo,” StoneX analyst Fernando Maximiliano said. He also mentioned some problems in southern Espírito Santo, Matas de Minas and southern Minas Gerais to Reuters. (Reporting by Roberto Samora)

There is nothing to be surprised of currently - not every day markets act like yesterday/today :):):). When it happens - everything gets trimmed to manage risk. But as history says, at some point commodities will separate :).

The Brazilian stock market and coffee price action looks very different. There the panic has not arrived. Differentials will strengthen a lot after the last days. Delivering coffee on the ICE will not make sense.

Of course. Tariffs and stock market moves do not make Brazilian production higher. :)

Unlikely China will continue to import US grains and other agriculture until the issues will get resolved. So, China will import even more from Brazil and Brazil will have incentive to plant more, etc. US agriculture in return will need to find new markets or much more subsidies. 10% tariff is not zero but it is not the killer at all. Vietnam's share is within 10%, ES will be happy to replace :):):). Since now especially, increase in price for coffee will be drown within general increase for roughly everything. We start witnessing the beginning of real inflation :). GSM progresses as it should :), let's wait what's gonna be the fall season and winter. :)

One should not treat tarriffs and it's effect to export or price, thus demand too differently from weather or rain. they all impact to price. when there is a dominant force, the others don't matter that much.

China imposes 34% reciprocal tariffs on imports of US goods in retaliation for Trump’s trade war. I think the coffee demand just has to decrease with all this turmoil, layoffs, recession and economic slow

LONDON (Reuters) -World cocoa and coffee prices fell on Wednesday as investors fretted that President Donald Trump’s move to slap punishing tariffs on U.S. imports would damage chocolate and coffee demand in the world’s top consumer of the products.  Roasters in the US will be hit hard by these import taxes, with much of the industry expected to lobby against the tariffs.

Nat Gas trading weather end of winter into spring. Small rally today on cold weather early next week thru Tues. Mid next week going forward, warming up, mid 60s going forward. The short term cold snap Mon, Tues, will be sold hard maybe tomorrow or Sunday night/Monday on warmer weather shift coming. Huge opportunity sell May Nat Gas tomorrow or buy May put options. Nat Gas market is ready to roll over next week.
