You’re wrong because your time frame is too short. Its been in a 6 month trading range from 37.7K to 41K. It just broke under. Going to 34-35K before a good bounce.

I was right on Alibaba, HK and Singapore, and those positions netted me big gains. As for my position on this, the losses are only paper losses. Meaning, I have not closed it, and added to it. Check back here in a six months and I will have a profit on this, and a big one.

I would add that I regularly heard people say Buffett was wrong in 1999, but he wasn't. I then heard he was wrong in 2008, and he wasn't. I am now hearing he is wrong now. The idea that anyone participating in markets during bubble times is right is a curious thing. As for me and my actions, my positions are often small, rarely making up more than 5% of my investments. I currently sit on mostly treasuries, and have made a nice chunk of change on them so far. I imagine that will continue.

If you don't think this thing can drop a lot, be wary. Last year, from around July 11 until early August, this thing went nearly straight down, from 42k all the way down to around 30k. I dunno if that is gonna happen, as we don't have the same scenario. But that came kind of out of the blue. Now we have a long list of valid reasons for it to happen, unlike then. Just saying. Ron Walker is saying in his video there is an 85% chance of a rally. I dunno though. In 2008, I loaded the boat thinking Lehman Brothers was no big deal. Kramer was saying buy, buy, buy. We were both wrong, and I lost a lot of sleep. In 2023, I thought SVB was a big deal, and we would have a repeat of 2008, so I did the opposite. Both times I lost a lot of sleep. At least initially. In both cases I waited it out. As a matter of fact, I have added to my position I took in 2023, and believe I am on the right side of the trade. In 2008, I got smoked initially, but I bought shares later and made a killing, undoing my mistakes. If you have to bail, do it. Then sit on your hands. I think we are going to have the bargain sale of a lifetime on our hands soon. Anyhow, good luck to you.
