Investment Strategy

The fund invests in undervalued quality real estate securities and REITs, which are selected using the proprietary La Française SAM equityinvestment process. This process is supplemented by factors relating to trend stability and low risk. Sustainability criteria (ESG) completethis selection. All equity positions are equally weighted and rebalanced on a quarterly basis.
