Investment Strategy

The investment policy of the Fund is to apply at least 95% (ninety five percent) of its assets invested in shares of the PLURAL BRAZIL EQUITY HEDGE FUND INVESTMENT MULTIMARKET, CNPJ under No. 11.490.618/0001-01 ("Master Fund"). The investment policy adopted by the Master Fund allows investment in risky markets with varying exposure level above equity, including through the use of instruments traded in the derivatives market and future delivery, both for the purpose of hedging the portfolio (hedge), and for maximizing the gains of the Fund, operations which are subject to rapid changes and significant price, with the objective of providing capital gains through active investment management in equities, interest rates and international market. CDI seeks superior returns over the long term.
