Investment Strategy

The fund's objective is to achieve a return higher than the the Interbank Deposit Certificate ("CDI"), in a horizon of long-term investment. The investment policy of the fund is to invest their funds in securities and other operational modalities available in the financial market, using the analysis of the macroeconomic scenario of the country, the analysis of the fundamentals specific to each sector and company and an evaluation of the price of each asset in order to assume positions of directional and arbitrage in assets, expected return in the short, medium and long term to maximize the returns within the risk parameters set by manager with the objective of achieving a return higher than the the Interbank Deposit Certificate ("CDI"), in a horizon of long-term investment.

Anteriormente atuou como consultor e chefe de projetos na McKinsey & Co (1992-1996). Possui MBA pela University of Michigan, Ann Arbor (1992), com especialização em finanças e mestrado latu sensu com especialização em macroeconomia pela Fundação Getúlio Vargas, São Paulo (1989).
