The FED prefers to be realistic at fair 0.11503 for USA property sectors, growing to 0.2939578 - 0.5126795 in the next periods for effective rates. In case, 5.0285 up to 11.2 for the 'Green Span' economics to prevent higher debt defaults. (RealCFA)
