Investment Strategy

The investment seeks capital appreciation through investments primarily in securities of small-sized growth companies. The fund is a diversified fund that invests for the long term primarily in equity securities in the form of common stock of U.S. small-sized growth companies. From 1992 to 1997, he worked at Salomon Green & Ostrow as a bankruptcy litigation attorney. Randy graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. in Economics in 1989, cum laude from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law with a J.D. in 1992, and from Columbia Business School with an M.B.A. in 1999.
