Investment Strategy

The investment seeks capital appreciation. The fund invests primarily in a group of underlying funds, primarily exchange-traded funds ("ETFs"), designed for capital appreciation using a system that prescribes allocations among asset classes intended to minimize expected risk (i.e., volatility) and to optimize potential returns. The fund's sub-advisor, Wilshire Associates Incorporated ("Wilshire"), expects, under normal conditions, to invest approximately 20% of the fund's assets in bonds and 80% of the fund's assets in stocks.
