Investment Strategy

The Fund's objective is to work towards providing its tenants appreciation of its shares by applying its resources, primarily in shares of mutual funds Fixed Income and / or shares of investment funds in shares of mutual funds Fixed Income . The performance of the Fund will also be impacted by the costs and expenses of the Fund and the administration fee mentioned in item 4.1. Regulation. The Fund is framed in terms of legislation, as an investment fund in shares of investment funds and fixed income, therefore, must have as a primary risk factor for the Tarpon Portfolio Funds in which the Fund invests.
