1. Exposure to AA and above rated bonds a/o bonds issued by the state of Israel and traded in Israel will not be less than 75%. 2. Exposure to bonds which are not as specified above, excluding forex, cash, term deposits and assets eligible for holding in a money-market fund without corporate, will not exceed 25% and will not be less than (-25%). 3. Exposure to bonds, cash and term deposits together will not be less than 90%. 4. The fund manager intends to hedge (reduce) the exposure to forex, mainly through options and future deals, but is not obligated to do so. 5. Average duration of all the assets to which the fund will be exposed will not exceed 5 years. 6. Exposure to equities will not exceed 10% and will not be less than (-10%). 7. Exposure to forex will not exceed 30% and will not be less than (-30%). 8. Exposure to non-investment grade bonds plus exposure to non-affinity to Israel bonds will not exceed 10% and will not be less than (-10%)
