The PruLink Singapore Managed Fund aims to maximise total return in the medium to long term by investing primarily in a portfolio comprising equities and equity-related securities of companies listed or to be listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange, and in a diversified portfolio of debt securities. The fund has a strategic asset allocation mix of 70% equities and 30% in fixed income. The fund may in addition, at the Manager's absolute discretion, invest up to 20% of its assets in equity and equity related securities of companies, which are incorporated, listed in or have their area of primary activity in Asia Pacific including Australia and New Zealand excluding Japan, and up to 10% in fixed income/ debt securities issued by Asian entities or their subsidiaries that are denominated is US dollars as well as various Asian currencies.
