Investment Strategy

The investment seeks capital appreciation. Under normal market conditions, the fund invests at least 80% of the sum of its net assets and the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes in common stocks of small-capitalization companies. Small-capitalization companies are defined as companies that have market capitalizations within the market capitalization range of the companies in the Russell 2000® Index on the last business day of the month in which its most recent reconstitution was completed.

Biography Greg Glidden is the Chief Equity Strategist for the firm. Mr. Glidden works with our equity investment teams to provide council while supporting each team’s unique investment process by making sure all of our resources are being used to their maximum potential. In addition, he works with our CEO on the firm’s strategic development projects, including evaluating and creating new products and providing due diligence for potential acquisitions. Prior to taking this position Mr. Glidden was a Senior Portfolio Manager and Chief Investment Officer of our MVP Group.
