Investment Strategy

The investment objective of the Fund is to seek long-term capital growth. The Investment Manager will seek to achieve the Fund’s investment objective primarily through investment in the equity and equity related securities (namely, common and preferred stock and depository receipts, both ADRs and GDRs) of companies located throughout the world, both in developed and emerging markets. The Fund’s investments will typically consist of holdings in companies having greater than US$2 billion in market capitalisation with liquid quoted securities.
