The Company may acquire only the following assets for the feeder fund: 1. shares in the EU UCITS master fund DWS Invest ESG Healthy Living, 2. bank balances according to article 195 KAGB, provided they are available on demand, 3. derivatives according to article 197 KAGB, provided they are used only for hedging purposes. The feeder fund permanently invests at least 85% of its assets in shares of the master fund. Up to 15% of the feeder fund’s assets may also be invested in bank balances according to article 195 KAGB, provided they are available on demand, and/or in derivatives according to article 197 KAGB, provided these are used only for hedging purposes.
