Investment Strategy

The investment objectives of the Fund are to achieve long-term growth of capital and income. The Fund invests primarily in common stocks, most of which have a history of paying dividends. The Fund’s equity investments are generally limited to securities of companies that are included on its eligible list. In addition, the Fund may invest up to 5% of its assets, at the time of purchase, in securities of companies that are not included on its eligible list.
