Investment Strategy

The investment seeks long-term growth of capital. The fund primarily invests in equity securities, consisting of common stocks, preferred stocks, convertible securities, warrants, rights, and depositary receipts of established companies that are economically tied to various countries throughout the world (excluding the U.S.). It may invest directly or indirectly in foreign securities or foreign currencies of both developed and developing countries.

Mr. Kornitzer received his M.B.A. from Drexel University and his B.S. in Finance from Virginia Tech.

Biography	Ms. Ma is a portfolio manager of Kornitzer Capital Management (KCM), her employer since August of 2011. Ms. Ma has been an investment professional since 1995. Prior to joining KCM, she was an international equity analyst at Scout Investments from 2005-2011. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Management from Shanghai University and an M.B.A. from the University of Missouri – Kansas City. Ms. Ma holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
