The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation and current income, with a greater emphasis on capital appreciation. The fund pursues its investment objective by investing in other mutual funds ("underlying portfolios") managed by the adviser and sub-advised by one or more investment sub-advisers. It invests approximately 80% of its assets in equity investments and approximately 20% of its assets in fixed income investments through investments in underlying portfolios.
