Investment Strategy

The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund will invest in securities of issuers located throughout the world, including the United States ("U.S."). Under normal circumstances, it will invest primarily in equity securities, with at least 40% of the fund's net assets in issuers organized, headquartered or doing a substantial amount of business outside the U.S. (or at least 30% if conditions are not deemed favorable by the sub-advisor).

Gordon holds a B.S. from Georgetown University, an M.B.A. from the University of Massachusetts and completed graduate study in international business at Oxford University.

Prior to founding SGA in 2003, Mr. Rohn was an analyst and portfolio manager at W.P. Stewart & Co. During his 12-year tenure with W.P. Stewart, held the positions of chairman of the board and chief executive officer of W.P. Stewart Inc., the company's core U.S. investment business, and served as chairman of the firm's management committee. From 1988 through 1991, Mr. Rohn was with Yeager, Wood & Marshall, where he served as vice president and a member of the Investment Policy Committee, with responsibilities in equity analysis and portfolio management. He began his career in 1983 at Morgan Guarantee Trust Company, where he was an officer of the bank in Corporate Finance. Rob has a B.A. (Cum Laude) from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A from Harvard Business School.
