It sends to me that a steady 7%/ Month is really good. 90% gain a year. Am I missing something here?

I understand the potential unrealized loss or gain in the ETF price is an issue, but the asset position this ETF has has value in of itself. The 7% / month dividend will turn into 8%, 9% 10%... as price goes down. Again, I feel like I'm missing something. As long as you keep your position and don't sell, the monthly dividend should continue... if anyone can let me know if I'm missing something.

i am in the same boat, it almost seems to good to be true. I have recently invested and are on my reasearch as to why everybody doesnt invest in this and have there monthly dividends as passive income.
