Why is this a strong buy? Daily weekly and monthly? Makes no sense considering gov wants to rotate away from oil. Anyone?

how does it not make sense? the Fed gov trying to end fossil fuels when clearly we still have a huge appetite is exactly why it's going up. speculators look at the total global production. when Saudi/Russia announced extensions in their oil production cuts and a couple of days later our response is to cancel the 7 remaining oil/gas leases in Alaska from the previous administration INSTEAD of countering their cuts with more production, we are choking our future oil production and speculators at global auction markets are pricing accordingly.

Until those 3 to 4 million barrels per day from Russia come back and world inventories stop dropping the path of oil prices is higher, maybe way higher
