On 300% long positions in TYO, today I closed 75% at 16.14. and entered 10 long positions in the 10yr futures with an average price of 106.195.  Good luck all either way long or short.

Futures on the 10yr should read as 106'195 which is 106.64 as a decimal.

After entering the 200% long position back in the middle of February of this year 2021, I took profit on half of that position at 9.37.  Today August 2 2021 I am now moving to a 300% long position from 8.06.  On any break of 7.82 I will double down. Good luck all either way long or short.

This will pay off handsomely in Q4. Once US Treasury starts to issue more debt after the debt ceiling is raised, mkt liquidity will be drained as Treasury replenishes its cash (QT) and long end yields will rise.

The play here is that many of the world’s largest holders of US Treasuries are liquidating their holdings to defend their currency against a very strong dollar. Rates will spike as the federal reserve continues to tighten. I wish i thought of this sooner but theres still opportunity for a great trade in TYO and TTT.

On initial longs entered from 7.81, I've added at 8.01, 8.20 and 8.39.  The gap up on 2-16-2021 above the 2021 highs is encouraging but price has stalled at and fills the March 20 2020 high.  Guess we wait and see but will continue to hold long positions, adding on weakness.
