Recall that the real stock price is 1,26 (there has been a share grouping ). For those who participated in the capital increase of May 2022, the break-even threshold is 1.91 euros (the stock price was 4.20 just before, the offered price for new stocks was 1.12 per share). We are therefore still a long way from recovering the losses. And the problems are not resolved: debts still exceed capital. It is mentioned in the resolutions of the general meeting of shareholders of April 2023 that management is giving itself the possibility of carrying out a capital increase. So prepare your wallet and your patience... Maybe in 10 years you will have won something.

The Prognosis for now is the Recession to extend to the first quarter next year. I hope after April the economic indicators to show rebound. For now without unimportant moves to much 😉

he stole shares... to raise the price so that it could fall even more... numbers and mathematics in theft have no limits.... so did tui and it also suffered a -40% after the R.Split
Actually I think r split is good for this weirdo stock. It was too volatile. It was moving like independent of aviation sector and CAC. Also when it was up. Movements without any logic, like a small cap AI company. Too much manipulation was on it. Though pure manipulation looks like still there, If they will not come up with a frustrating result in q3, stock price can go up. They are doing good recently. New CEO is better. Problems at Schiphol airport is less compared to last year. Numbers are just %9-10 away from pre pandemic years (Lufthansa and AIG is much more worse in these numbers) Unfortunate that there has been new pandemic rumours and now there is extremely high oil prices. Dont want to sound too optimistic about it but also I can not understand this down trend. Extremely cheap in it's sector, backed up by strong institutions, recovered numbers, better management, then what is the problem? Problem is pure manipulation which I hope that will gradually decrease aftwr r split.
The problem is the recession in EU my friend. This means low sales, low profits, low stock prices and will continue until next year.

Everyone dont panic sell. Yes EU is in recession but things will be improved next year. Germany and France drive the EU economy, so we need patience. Next year Germany will start growing again. Wait for next year and everything will be ok.

Reverse stock split done today. Next step: capital increase by issuing new shares and therefore dilution for current shareholders who will not participate. Reminder: the break-even threshold for the capital increase (for shareholders who have participated) in May 2022 is 1.97 euros. The stock price has never reached that level since then.

Current intrinsic value of Air France klm is between 2.48-3.34 EUR/share . Anything under is pure manipulation and a great buy for me, ofcourse this is not financial advice and everyone is free to make his dd. Hope you have money aside when they will offer you new shares a discounted price if you want not to be diluted. Buying new shares will expose you with greater hazard of a fall as recession is coming in EU.
It seems that short selling will be prohibited on the current security during the month of August until the new security is issued (following the decision to consolidate 10 for 1 at the end of August). Reminder: if there is a merger, it is to allow a capital increase. The nominal value of the current title does not allow it. As liquidity is weaker in summer, it's a safe bet that the value of the share will increase until that date, so that the capital increase takes place under good conditions.
