Markets are definitely being extremely cautious .. whiel dollar is surging next week election results and what potentially signifies can result on a turbulent next 3 months. Trump wins .. expect mexico to change policies across the board (will see). Meanwhile .. yes is possible peso will continue to weaken…

21+ The peso is heading towards 21, with a potential minor pullback of a few centavos, but the trend is upward. Approximately $45-50 billion has been wiped from the Mexican stock market, oil prices are declining, and the new president lacks economic expertise. Additionally, nearshoring efforts have stalled, further impacting economic momentum.

If you look at it - the peso got weak anytime a election was in the making and one particular moment with covid in march and april 2020. After all events the peso gained strength. Reasons for that is the immense investment in the country for production. That will be stronger in coming years - china conflict with US will drive this more. But in forex trade this is the only interesting pair that has a positive swap if you sell dollar against peso. That being said - you can open at the high sell positions and you get paid for that. Airh enough buffer for margin level - with investment of 15000 usd you can make 310 usd per day - if you hold that position night over night over night - you do 10x of yiu investment only by the positive swaps - plus the earning of the performance of the pair which should be at 370k down to 17,50 from today level

Rob da Jieuce 20.55 is see as the ideal point to open a sell - right before or after election. Previous years and elections have shown this.

Peso has struggled under the policies of Mexico’s President Claudia, whose ambitious, radical agenda has raised concerns about the impact on democracy and the nation’s economic stability.
