I live in Japan and just dont buy anything but the cheapest of everything and the barest necessities. Costco in Japan is nuts. Book prices for English books are stupid expensive. Beef has maybe tripled in prices, and everything is going up in price. It’s too costly to buy pretty much ANYTHING thanks to the wesk yen. My neighbors complain a lot and Japanese never complain. The LDP is really handily messing up Japan and its people. Terrible thing.

Three decades of desperation due to deflation have forced them to choose the disastrous path of cost-push inflation (by weaker for longer yen), hoping to revive the country. Cannot blame Papa will and determine to do so...

Moc Lov Japan needs austerity, a balanced budget, fiscal responsibility, higher taxes on alcohol and tobacco, immigration, English as a full on second language, incentives to have children, and more. NOT endless haphazard pork barrel stimulus and punchbowl. The government is about as lame as it gets, and the BOJ worse.

Great day shorters... please, don't take it personally... I'm asking nothing from you... Whether you're on board or getting crushed beneath Papa's train, he doesn't care either. I'm just here to repeat the fact: the greedy ones are suffering day by day, night by night... We're not there yet... not yet... to serve them dinner.

More shorting of yen and more carry trade! The BOJ will just have more excuses and fabrication because they are addicted to punchbowl and they like padding their wallets.

Backed on my calculations, there maybe a correction to 150 when hitting 150.88, and then head for 152, and 153.5.
