We can all visit the USDA website and research the direction government agriculture subsidies really end up. At last glance, recipients were minorities, which is fine, I am one. Also "urban farmers", very large farms that bring in immigrants to work, and "specialty crop farmers", to name a few. Your average row crop farmer gets minimal gov. money, I know b/c my last check (when was that?) bought a cart of groceries at Walmart.(But tout those wind farms that get to your pockets for 35-40% government subsidies [of your tax $].) Take a look at large food processors that use minimal whole grain to produce a box of cereal, or any highly processed foods. They want cheap grain so they can line their pockets. What is their profit? BUT, it's the farmers fault that food prices are high. AND, we hardly do manual labor? You have been sorely misinformed. If the government puts farmers out of business, the government will control the food supply. Really. Is that what we want? BTW, due to drought for the last 2 years, Kansas raised reduced corn bushels, and much reduced soybeans bushels, Iowa was dry, so there are stockpiles . . . yes? Please educate yourself. As my college professor jammed into our heads, use three different sources of information before making any assessment.

world is full of (low quality) grains for a low quality people starving only for cheap prices unaware of what they eat….so hedge funds and governments got easiest job to pull the trigger to the limit….better expect wheat below 400 and corn below 300
