Cities banning natural gas will only pay more at much lower efficiency! Electricity is derived from natural gas in most circumstances.

Hydro is sold out. Wind is questionable and killing birds. Solar panels are now requiring recycling and replacement at high cost. Natural gas is steady and true!

Coal is for China. Natural gas is replacing coal and wood in the USA.

Steve Cao, where do you live? I live in Oklahoma in the middle of the oil and gas fields. I do not think you understand take-or-pay contracts. I certainly would not want tons of LNG to show up at my mansion. I will restart my gas wells at $8.00. When will you open yours? Besides, cities cannot ban natural gas.

Even if the cities could ban natural gas, it would only be replaced by electricity derived from natural gas.

B Man, China and U.S has no LNG contract now, not only 50 days already haven't import. Just like boeing airplanes, weapons ordered all can be canceled. Canadian also canceled contract with Ellon Musk's starlink.

You are saying Trump impose so many Tariffs on cars and trucks but on the other hand that means the same counter-tarrif will be imposed on U.S products by other countries. If I am an importer I will buy LNG from Australia at $3.75 instead of buy from U.S at $3.26. Because U.S LNG add tarrif cost. So U.S have to lower to 3.26 with tarrif to match Australian LNG without tarrif.

That is how tarrif works. That is why Walmart ask China to lower their price because of the extra tarrif. So that Walmart will still keep the same price as before.
