Usual daily swings in the price. It started above 80 today, will close probably close to 79 or slightly below and tomorrow it will fall more. If it falls 4 days straight then maybe an upward correction on Friday and again a negative week ahead.

If you mean that the oil industry still can make money on each barrel at 60 USD, then tha answer is yes. Not everybody though. Arabic countries, Russia and some others would still make money on it. The US fracking industry would make losses at those levels.
