Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were higher after the close on Sunday, as gains in the Petrochemicals, Financial Services and Real Estate Development sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share rose 1.16%.
The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Anaam International Holding Group (TADAWUL:4061), which rose 9.95% or 2.12 points to trade at 23.42 at the close. Meanwhile, Saudi Industrial Export Co (TADAWUL:4140) added 9.82% or 3.25 points to end at 36.35 and Wafrah for Industry and Development Company SJSC (TADAWUL:2100) was up 8.80% or 2.75 points to 34.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Arabia Insurance Cooperative Co (TADAWUL:8160), which fell 8.47% or 1.64 points to trade at 17.72 at the close. Fitaihi Holding Group (TADAWUL:4180) declined 6.77% or 2.35 points to end at 32.35 and United Cooperative Assurance Co (TADAWUL:8190) was down 5.11% or 1.40 points to 26.00.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 163 to 66 and 12 ended unchanged.
Shares in Arabia Insurance Cooperative Co (TADAWUL:8160) fell to 52-week lows; losing 8.47% or 1.64 to 17.72.
Crude oil for September delivery was unchanged 0.00% or 0.00 to $94.57 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in September rose 2.05% or 2.03 to hit $101.13 a barrel, while the August Gold Futures contract rose 0.04% or 0.70 to trade at $1,706.50 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was up 0.73% to 3.79, while USD/SAR unchanged 0.03% to 3.76.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.54% at 107.82.
