Kobus was instrumental in negotiating and assisting Andre with the management buy-out of the Fairtree Market Neutral Equity Fund in 2006. That same year he became co-fund manager of this fund and has also been a co-fund manager of the Fairtree Long Short Equity Fund since it was launched in 2007.
