Investment Strategy
The investment seeks to achieve long-term capital appreciation. The fund seeks to achieve long-term capital appreciation by investing primarily in publicly traded small-cap and large-cap companies the fund believes to be both undervalued and possessing a sustainable competitive advantage. The fund generally regards small-cap companies to be those less than $10 billion in market. It is non-diversified.
