Investment Strategy

The sub-fund invests primarily (at least 51% of the total assets of the sub-fund) in convertible bonds, convertible notes, bonds-cum-warrants, and similar securities and rights with conversion and option rights from private and public-sector borrowers worldwide that use a responsible approach in line with the ESG criteria. In addition, the sub-fund may invest no more than 25% of its net assets in fixed-income or floating-rate securities (bonds, notes and similar), equity securities and participation rights. The synthetic formation of convertible and bonds-cum-warrants is permitted.
