Investment Strategy

The objective of this Fund is to achieve a total return comprised of income and some long-term capital appreciation by investing primarily in various “environmental bond” debt securities issued by governments, supranational organizations, development banks, government agencies and corporations throughout the world. The Fund follows the responsible approach to investing described in the section on “Responsible Investing” in the first part of this document (Part A) by emphasizing environmental factors. The Fund may invest up to 100% of its net assets in foreign securities and up to 20% of its net assets in emerging markets securities.
