Investment Strategy

Fund Agreement in accordance with & subject to any law, exposure rate of bonds issued by state and/or guaranteed, shall not be less than 75% Subject to the foregoing, the remaining exposure of the fund's assets will be determined by the sole discretion of the fund manager and the fund will not create exposure to shares and/or foreign currency. Subject to the provisions of the law and the fund's investment policy, the fund manager may buy and/or sell and/or create options & futures, to make transactions Securities lending, short selling, repurchase transactions and credit activities. The fund manager intends to include among the fund's assets bonds from various channels, and/or buy and sell from one bond channel to the other. The a/m bond channels are: bonds issued by the state of Israel, including T-Bills, bonds issued by states other than Israel, Israeli traded corporate bonds, overseas traded corporate bonds.
