Investment Strategy

The investment seeks to provide current income; the fund's secondary objective is to seek to provide long-term capital appreciation. The fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing under normal circumstances at least 80% of its assets in a diversified portfolio of income-producing investments, and will typically invest between 35-65% of its assets in equity and equity-related securities (the "Equity Sleeve") selected in accordance with PIMCO’s systematic equity income strategy.

Biography Ms. Tournier is a managing director in the PIMCO’s London office and head of pan-European credit portfolio management. Prior to joining PIMCO in 2008, she was a managing director and European head of high yield credit trading with Deutsche Bank in London. Previously, she worked in credit derivatives trading at Deutsche Bank and at J.P. Morgan in New York. She holds a master’s degree in operations research and financial engineering from Cornell University and an undergraduate degree from Ecole Centrale de Lyon.
