Investment Strategy

To provide shareholders with investment growth in the long term. The fund mainly invests, directly or through investment funds, in equities of real estate companies from anywhere in the world. Specifically, the fund invests at least 75% of total assets in equities and equity-related securities of real estate companies and real estate investment trusts (REITs). The fund may invest up to 20% of total assets in equities of real estate companies in emerging markets. The fund will be exposed (through investments or cash) to other currencies than the base currency.
