Investment Strategy

1. The fund's assets will be invested according to the provisions of the law for a leveraged fund. 2. Exposure to equities traded on NASDAQ will not be less than 180% and not exceed 220%. 3. The fund manager will not buy, sell, create for the fund options and futures, excluding options and futures which their underlying asset is equities traded on NASDAQ. 4. The fund manager will not do short sales deals, excluding short sales deals of equities traded on NASDAQ. 5. The fund manager will not do resale deals. 6. Exposure to assets which are not equities traded on NASDAQ, excluding forex, cash, term-deposits and assets eligible for holding in a money-market fund without corporate, will not exceed 25% and not less than (-25%). 7. There will be no limit on the exposure to forex.
