Investment Strategy

1.Exposure to high yield opportunities will not be less than 75% but will not be limited. 2.Exposure to corporate bonds traded in Israel will not be less than 75%. 3.Exposure to assets which are not as specified above, excluding forex, cash, term deposits and assets eligible for holding in a money-market fund without corporate will not exceed 25% and will not be less than (-25%). 4.Exposure to equities will not exceed 10% and will not be less than (-10%). 5.Exposure to forex will not exceed 30% and will not be less than (-30%). 6.There will be no exposure to credit risk of banking corporates and brokers which are not included in the first credit risk group. 7.There will be no limit on non-affinity to Israel bonds. 8.The fund manager is entitled to invest the fund's means at his absolute discretion, and he is entitled to determine the amount of cash included in the fund's assets from time to time.
