The investment objective of the Company in relation to the subfund is to achieve a maximum of return with limited risk, taking into consideration the liquidity of the assets. For this purpose the Company will invest at least two-thirds of the assets of the subfund in fixed-interest and floating-rate securities, debt securities and claims as well as other fixed-interest investments (including convertible and warrant bonds, inflation-linked bonds, high-yield bonds as well as CoCo-Bonds, Hybrid-Bonds, asset backed securities (ABS) and mortgage backed securities (MBS)) issued or guaranteed by issuers from developed countries. At least two thirds of the investments have a rating of at least BBB- from Standard & Poor's or the equivalent of another recognised rating agency such as Moody's or Fitch. Investments in ABS and MBS amount together up to a maximum of 20% of the Subfund's assets.
