Investment Strategy

The Fund pursues the primary investment objective of preserving the value of the funds invested and generating an increase in value in line with money market interest rates. No assurance can be made that the investment policy's objectives will be met. The sub-funds invest exclusively in instruments from issuers with first-class ratings, for which there is a positive ICAP analysis. The sub-funds are standard money market funds with a variable net asset value, also known as VNAV money market funds. Each sub-fund invests at least two thirds of its net assets in the currency listed in its name. It may invest up to a maximum of one-third of its net assets in other currencies, however, the part of the portfolio which is not invested in the respective currency of account must be hedged against the currency risk. The sub-funds may invest up to 10% of their net assets in existing money market funds, unless otherwise defined in the individual sub-funds’ investment policy.

Biography	Michael Hitzlberger heads UBS Asset Management's euro bond team in Zurich and is also responsible for money market investments in EMEA. Michael is a member of the Euro Fixed Income (FI) Strategy Group, which is ultimately responsible for the strategy of Euro FI portfolios. He heads the Euro F ixed Income duration and Sovereign Sub-committees and chairs the bi-weekly Euro Fixed Income meeting. He took over responsibility for money market investments at SBC in 1993 and has headed the euro bond team in Zurich since 1999.

Biography	Marko Pavic is a member of the Eurodollar Fixed Income team at UBS Asset Management with responsibilities for the management of USD money market and USD short- and medium term investment portfolios. In addition, he is deputy fund manager for CHF, AUD and CAD money market funds as well as for long term and corporate credit investment portfolios in USD. Marko is a member of the Eurodollar Fixed Income Strategy committee and the European Money Market committee. Prior to joining UBS in 2013, Marko was a fund manager at Clariden Leu in Zurich for short term strategy funds in various currencies. He took a major role in launching Clariden Leu's Liquidity Solution franchise. After merging with Credit Suisse, Marko was a fund manager for Credit Suisse Zurich, managing short duration credit funds and floating rate strategy funds in USD und EUR. In addition, he was deputy fund manager for Credit Suisse money market funds. At Clariden Leu and Credit Suisse he also was member of the Fixed Income corporate credit committee, responsible for the banking and financials sector.

Biography	Jasmina Milicevic is a member of the Swiss Franc Fixed Income team at UBS Asset Management with responsibilities for the management of short term and high grade investment funds denominated in CHF. In addition, she also manages the AUD money market fund and is deputy fund manager for USD money market funds. Jasmina is a member of the Swiss Franc Fixed Income Strategy Committee and the European Money Market Committee. Jasmina began her career at the former Union Bank of Switzerland (UBS) in 1991. Later she gained experience as a Portfolio Manager for USD and CAD equity funds. In 2001 she joined the UBS Investment Bank in London, where she worked as a Credit Risk Analyst covering financial institutions. She moved to her present position in September 2005.
