Investment Strategy

The goal is to provide its investors an alternative investment in securities of fixed income and equity and derivatives, and may also invest in securities traded abroad that are: (i) listed on stock exchanges or futures and commodities, or (2 ) registered in the system registry, custody and settlement, and these scholarships or registration systems must be authorized to operate in their country of origin, and there is a mutual cooperation agreement with CVM for exchange of information or the supervisor of the market is a signatory of the memorandum of understanding unilateral International Organization of Securities Commissions - IOSCO / IOSCO, Brazilian legislation and the applicable laws and regulations issued by the regulators in the jurisdictions where will those investments be made.
