Investment Strategy

1. Exposure to equities included in the Nasdaq 100 index will not be less than 75%. 2. Exposure to equities will not exceed 120% and will not be less than 75%. 3. Exposure to foreign currency will not exceed, in absolute value, 10%. 4. Exposure to no investment grade bonds will not exceed, in absolute value 30%. 5. The total value of all foreign securities, units of foreign funds and foreign currency that shall be held in the fund plus the exposure to an underlying asset traded overseas through activities in derivatives on overseas stock exchanges may exceed 10% of its net asset value. 6. The fund manager is entitled to invest the fund's means at his absolute discretion.
