An employee since 1976, Tom has held numerous key positions in the firm, including global head of equity, head of equity research and chief investment officer. He began his career as an equity research analyst, and became a portfolio manager in 1982. Tom holds a B.S. in economics and mathematics from St. Peter's College and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is also a CFA charterholder.
