Investment Strategy

The fund seeks to generate a high level of current income. The Fund invests primarily in floating rate debt instruments of issuers located anywhere in the world. To achieve these objectives, the portfolio management team invests primarily in floating rate debt instruments, which are also known as senior loans. The Fund invests primarily in floating rate debt instruments of issuers rated below investment grade or, if not rated, deemed to be below investment grade by the portfolio management team.
