Investment Strategy

1. The fund will be managed in a mode which is expected to realize its goal – results stemming from the rate of change in the benchmark's prices, regardless of the EUR/ILS exchange rate. 2. The fund manager will manage the fund's investments according to the instructions of the ISA for managing investments in a tracking fund. 3. The maximal exposure to foreign currency will not exceed 10%, and will be used for operating purposes only. 4. Exposure to credit risk of a banking corporate or a certain broker, who is not included in the first credit risk rating group will not exceed 10%. 5. Exposure to credit risks of all the banking corporates and brokers who are not included in the first credit risk rating group will not exceed 20%. 6. The rest of the exposure in the fund will be determined at the total discretion of the fund manager.
