Investment Strategy

1. The fund will be managed according to the ISA instructions for a tracking fund. 2. The fund manager will act to neutralize the exposure to the foreign currency of the index (USD) versus the ILS, in any case the exposure will not be less than (-10%) and will not exceed 10%. 3. The exposure to banking corporates credit risks and brokers which are not include in the first credit risk group will not exceed 20%. 4. The exposure to credit risk of a banking corporate or a certain broker which is not included in the first credit risk group will not exceed 10%. 5. The fund manager is entitled to invest the fund's means at his absolute discretion, and he is entitled to determine the amount of cash included in the fund's assets from time to time.
