Investment Strategy

Gutmann Euro Short-Term Anleihefonds is investing in bonds of European issuers or euro-denominated bonds while foreign exchange risks are hedged out with the exception on currencies that have a strong linkage to the Euro. The investment universe includes all segments of the European bond market i .e. next to government bonds especially corporate bonds as well as covered bands and inflation linked bonds. The average duration of the fund over the long term is between 1.5 and 3.5 years. All bonds in the portfolio offer a good credit rating, i.e. investment grade rating according to rating agencies like Standard & Poor's and Moody's.
