Investment Strategy

The fundamental objective of the Fund is to protect 100% of the investor's initial capital and yield performance over the term of "Term Capital Protection". The Fund will also seek to provide additional performance. The commitment to protect capital and base performance and the possibility of further performance, apply as long as the investments remain until the end of the "Term Capital Protection", so to obtain such benefits investors should not make sales early partial or until the end of the "term Capital Protection".
