Biography Tom McCauley, CFA, is a portfolio manager for the Driehaus Event Driven strategy. He is responsible for investment research, security selection and portfolio construction. Mr. McCauley has 17 years of industry experience as a buy side investor and has been a senior member of the Driehaus Liquid Alternatives team for 10+ years. He joined DCM in 2013. Previously, he was an investment analyst for Chicago Fundamental Investment Partners, a hedge fund focused on long/short credit investing, where he conducted fundamental research on the consumer and healthcare industries. Prior to this role, Mr. McCauley worked as an associate at Merit Capital, a private equity firm. Earlier in his career, Mr. McCauley was an analyst focused on corporate debt underwriting and merger and acquisition advisory at ABN AMRO bank. Mr. McCauley earned a B.S. in management from Tulane University, majoring in accounting and finance, and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago. He is a CFA charterholder.

Biography Yoav Sharon is a portfolio manager for the Driehaus Event Driven strategy. He is responsible for idea generation, portfolio construction, security selection and investment research. Mr. Sharon has 15+ years of industry experience, with 16 years as a buy side investor and has been a senior member of the Driehaus Liquid Alternatives team for 10+ years. He joined DCM in 2012. Before joining DCM, Mr. Sharon worked at Peak6 Investments, LLC as a senior analyst and trader. Prior to that, he served as a managing member of a firm he helped found, Raya Trading LLC. Earlier in his career, he was a senior trader at STR Trading Partners LLC. Mr. Sharon has presented at the Chicago Board Options Exchange risk management conference as well as participating as a panelist at the Citi derivatives conference. Mr. Sharon earned his B.A. from Northwestern in 2003 and M.B.A. in finance, international business, and management and strategy from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.

Biography Michael Caldwell is a portfolio manager and a senior analyst on the Driehaus US Growth Equities team with a focus on the health care sector. His in-depth fundamental research, idea generation and buy/sell recommendations are leveraged across all three of the strategies managed by the Driehaus US Growth Equities team. Additionally, specific to the Driehaus Life Sciences and Driehaus Event Driven strategies, Mr. Caldwell acts as a portfolio manager and is also responsible for security selection, portfolio construction and risk management. Mr. Caldwell has been investing in healthcare equities for more than a decade and has analyzed, followed, and interacted with management of most small cap healthcare companies in the Russell 3000. Prior to joining DCM in 2007, Mr. Caldwell worked as a graduate research associate for the Department of Biomedical Engineering at Yale University. Mr. Caldwell received his B.S. in biomedical engineering from Yale University.

Biography Prior to joining Driehaus Capital Management in 2009, Mr. Nelson was a Senior Portfolio Manager at Lotsoff Capital Management. While at Lotsoff, Mr. Nelson managed a credit arbitrage hedge fund and a mutual fund. Mr. Nelson has also held Assistant Portfolio Manager and Analyst positions at Akela Capital, Andersen Corporate Finance LLC and J.C. Bradford & Co. Elizabeth Cassidy has been the Portfolio Manager for the Driehaus Active Income strategy since 2015 and Assistant Portfolio Manager of the Driehaus Select Credit strategy since 2009. Mr. Nelson received his B.A. in Economics from Vanderbilt University in 1998 and an M.B.A. from Duke University in 2004.

Biography Mr. Schoenfeld graduated from Columbia University in 2008 with a B.A. in Political Science, and received his J.D. from Harvard Law School in 2012.Matt Schoenfeld has been an Assistant Portfolio Manager of the Driehaus Event Driven strategy since 2015. Before joining Driehaus Capial Management in 2014 as a Senior Analyst, Mr. Schoenfeld was a member of the Special Situations Group at Morgan Stanley, where he focused on merger arbitrage and event-driven investing.
