The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets in securities issued by large-capitalization companies, which the Adviser defines as companies having a market capitalization, at the time of purchase, within the range of the market capitalization of companies constituting the Russell 1000® Growth Index. It may invest in real estate investment trusts (“REITs”). The fund is non-diversified.
