Investment Strategy

The following paragraph shall be added to the fund's investment policy: 1. At least 8 5% of the net asset value of the fund will be invested in one of the following assets: A. Highest rated bonds (issued by the state of Israel) with rest of period for redemption does not exceed 2 years, or that the interest rate is determined at least once a year. B. Highest rated bonds with redemption period that does not exceed 2 years. C. Deposits and/or cash. 2. Exposure to bonds issued by the state of Israel and/or guaranteed by it, $ linked or Traded in USD and/or to bonds rated AA and above USD linked, will not be less than 75% of the net asset value of the fund. 3. The average duration of all the assets in the fund will not exceed 3 years. 4. The fund will not create exposure to equities. 5. Exposure to foreign currency will not exceed, in absolute value, 120%. 6. The fund will not create exposure to non-investment grade bonds.
